I chose to write when I realised so many of you have chronic nasal congestion problems.

Chronic nasal congestion from poor drainage can have a huge impact on your life. Your daily life could be miserable, exhausting and draining. You may have frequent migraines like I had in the past. You may miss doing the things that you love to do.

While receiving treatment from your doctor, you can learn about my daily practical techniques. These techniques can help to unblock your nose and nasal congestion.

It brought tears to my eyes when I recalled what I had suffered in the past. I had post nasal drip, chronic congested nose and sinuses, migraines and frequent choking coughs for many years. Surgeries and treatments did not help me to full recovery. However, years of sufferings in poor health, led me to discover to practise certain daily practical techniques. Such practices enabled me to recover from what I was suffering.

My Daily Practical techniques can help to get rid of your current health problems arising from your sinus congestion?  Even though you may not believe this could be true.

Just a reminder, it is still very important for you to see your doctors if you haven’t done so by this time.

My daily practical techniques are easy to follow. It is based on how to use your breathing and positioning techniques to drag the mucus out from your sinuses. All it requires is YOU, Your determination & Your time.

 

Jump in Now & Try This Initial Basic Steps

An extract from my e-book on How To Locate Your Mucus/Secretions For The First Time

First:  Lie on your back on a warm bed.

Place warm moist face flannel over the face.

Breathe in and out focusing on where you could feel the area of congestion.

Replace face flannel when it gets cold with another warm moist face flannel.

Continue to breathe in and out focusing on the area of congestion.

When the mucus/secretions become loose and flow down the throat, cough  them out into the toilet bowl.

Next :  Maintain lying position on your back on a warm bed.

Stretch hands out side way as far as possible.

Breathe in and out very gently directing breathing against the uncomfortable congested area. Continue until you can loosen up the mucus/secretions.

Use a dry rolled up towel to apply gentle, but firm pressure on the area of loose mucus/secretions to assist to cough them out.

 

SECRETS OF MY DAILY PRACTICAL TECHNIQUES

How to clear mucus/secretions in the upper part of the throat and chin area.

Step 1

Brush teeth and rinse mouth with water.

Step 2

Keep mouth wide open.

Stick the tongue as far out as possible.

Use a tongue scraper to scrap from the back of the tongue to its front.

Gently scrap the tongue till it looks clean.

Step 3

Cough against presence of mucus/secretions to loosen them up.

Step 4

Cough out mucus/secretions into the toilet bowl.

Step 5

Extend the neck backward and tilt the chin upward.  Use the smooth back of a toothbrush to glide over the tongue.

Start from the back of the tongue to its front, gliding forward and backward, then from side to side several times.

This will help to stimulate and to loosen up more mucus/secretions in the throat and the chin area.

I am afraid I am not a good website developer or techy person. The only thing I can tell you is that I use Power Point to write for my blog and website. I copied and pasted those written articles onto the WordPress Site that I used. For my blog I did ask WP EZI to help me with the technical issue as I do not have much knowledge on those things.
