POSITION PLAYS AN IMPORTANT ROLE

This is what to do next

Lie on your back on a warm bed.

Position your head comfortably to the edge of the bed.

Place a warm moist flannel over the face.  Gently direct your breathing towards the nostrils.  Breathe in and out to locate your mucus/secretions still trapped around the nostrils.

Continue to breathe in and out till the mucus/secretions become loose.  Cough out your mucus/secretions into the toilet bowl.

 

Slide1You would realise you can now breathe through both nostrils much more easily.  Repeat the whole procedure as necessary.

3 THINGS TO CONSIDER AS YOU CLEAR YOUR MUCUS/SECRETIONS DAILY.

1. It is good practice to start to firm up the facial skin.  In addition to your own routine facial care, start to use a good facial massager.

The facial massager can help to firm up the facial skin.

It can help to iron out & to smoothen the fine lines and the wrinkles.

The facial massager can help to ease out mucus residue that you can cough out.

Do follow the instructions on how to use the massager if it is your first time to use it.

2.  Place a rolled up bath towel or travel pillow firmly against the chin, to  assist to cough out available mucus/secretions into the toilet bowl.  This  can gradually help to minimise the development of a turkey neck.

 

3.  Here is a reminder.  ‘ WE ARE WHAT WE EAT’  Ever heard of this saying?
