SEEING IS BELIEVING

It was a long, lonely rugged road to regain my health and to claim back my original face. The face that I had always known.

Back tracked my journey to the past.  I was once a young healthy person with no extra add-ons to my facial feature.  No symptoms of chronic blocked sinuses and migraines.

In my early thirties, the onset of having chronic blocked sinuses and migraines were a nightmare.  Even with treatments and surgeries and other alternative treatments, I still couldn’t get well completely.

‘The sensation in my head was heavy. Something heavy seemed to press down on my head just like a brick placed on top of my head.

Fluids accumulated around my eyes, below and behind right inside my ears. I felt full congestion, pain and pressure from the accumulation of those fluids/secretions in my nasal cavity and sinuses. There were droning sounds in my ears. When I turned my head from side to side, I could sense grinding and buzzing noises around my nasal bones, in the frontal sinuses and in the crown of my head. I could also sense the “swish”, “swoosh” sounds just below my eyes. Gradually as days went by, I felt worse and worse’.

After years of suffering, I cried out to ‘The Lord’ for help.

Soon after, I discovered how I could actually clear my blocked nose and nasal sinuses.   The discovery are my daily practical techniques.   They are a gift from God.

I was wedged between a rock and a hard wall at the time, I had no other choice.   Either I practise my daily practical techniques or I don’t.

There were skepticisms from others on my daily practical techniques.

However, I personally knew every little step taken to help clear my nasal sinuses, did make significant changes.

Eventually, my daily practical techniques took away my awful blocked sinus symptoms and my frequent migraines.

I realised I can even reduce those unwanted add-ons to my facial feature.  The puffy eyelids, eye-bags, frown lines, sagging jowls & turkey neck, double chin, ridges of folds around my neck, plump rounded nostrils and downward tipped lips , are slowly retreating to the distance.

The unwanted mask is being slowly peeled off from my face.

The changes were slow.

The slow progress does allow time for the skin on my face and neck to regain its elasticity.

It helps to minimise loose flaps, folds and wrinkles on my face and neck.

This is the reason why I know that trapped excessive mucus in the sinuses can make one look much older at a faster pace.

I started my blog to share my experience.   As it is, I am writing from my experience.
